The Cellar offers the freshest seafood, in cutting edge dishes, using the finest in Caribbean spices and flavors. Our menu includes octopus, Caribbean lobster, gravlax, salads, beef wellington, & kobe beef to give you a hint of the culinary delights that await your arrival. The Cellars' extensive wine list will excite the most discerning guests. With over 150 bottles of wine from around the globe you are sure to find that special bottle of wine to compliment your dining experience. After dinner enjoys one of our pastry chef's mouth watering desserts or join us at the bar for an after dinner cordial. The Cellar has Happy Hour twice daily from 5pm-7pm and 10pm-12am seven days a week.
